Return/ Exchange Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of JA'NERIK The Brand are covered at our expense.

REASONS FOR RETURN

Wrong Address - If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to JA'NERIK The Brand.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to JA'NERIK The Brand and you (the customer) will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or other designee. 

Returned by Customer - Please contact us at janerikthebrand@gmail.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders to customers who experience buyer's remorse. Size exchanges are offered at the discretion of JA'NERIK The Brand and at the customer's expense.
